About and data sources
Fire Code Alert is run by Harris Apps Studio in Terrell, Texas, the team behind Daily Inspection Alert and Code Violation Alert. We read the fire code records that 9 areas publish and send fire protection companies the new violations they can fix: extinguishers, alarms, sprinklers and standpipes, kitchen hood suppression, exit and emergency lighting, and system testing.
- 7 AM email with a CSV on every alert plan (Daily Alerts $99 a month per city), filtered to the work you pick.
- The lead app on Alerts + Featured and Exclusive: new violations on your phone every 2 hours, kind and ZIP filters, hearing dates, Maps, Contacted, Won and Lost, team assignment and CSV export.
- A public directory where building owners find fire protection companies and request quotes (Directory Listing $14.99 a month).
We use only records that cities publish openly. We do not add, guess or change violation details. A violation can still be corrected or dismissed. A city more than 7 days behind is marked Delayed, and one more than 30 days behind is taken off the site.
