Fire protection leads: bought leads vs fire code violation alerts

A bought lead is a building that asked for a quote, and several fire protection companies get it. A fire code violation alert is a building the fire inspector just wrote up for extinguishers, alarms, sprinklers, hoods or testing: it has to be fixed, and you can be the first to reach the owner. Here is how they compare, then do the math with your own numbers.

Questions

Is this a replacement for bought leads?

It is a different kind of lead. A bought lead is a building that asked for a quote, usually sold to several companies. Our record is a building the fire inspector wrote up: nobody asked you yet, but the violation has to be fixed, and you can reach the owner first. You can use both.

Are your leads shared?

On Daily and Featured, every subscriber in the same city gets the same list. On Exclusive, you are the only company in the city that gets it.

What does a lead cost?

There is no per-lead fee. Daily Alerts is $99 a month per city, for every fixable fire code violation in that city.
