What we collect. For subscribers: your email, company name, website, chosen city, the work you pick and billing details handled by Stripe (we never see your card number). For building owners who use the quote form: the name, email, phone, address and message you enter.

How we use it. To send the daily list, show your directory listing, pass quote requests to companies in that city, and send receipts and service notices. We do not sell your information.

Violation records. Public records published by cities, shown as published. Public pages show the kind of violation, the street name, the ZIP and the date, never a full address, an owner or a business name. Names, where a city publishes them, are shown only inside paying accounts. To ask about a record, contact the city named as the source.

Share counts. If you use a share button, or open a link someone shared, our counter records that a share or visit happened, using a random referral code and no name, email or other personal details, and may store a small cookie so a referral can be credited. It does not record what you read or what you enter in forms.

Email. Every email has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops emails; cancel billing in the billing portal.

Service providers. Stripe (payments), Brevo (email delivery), Vercel and Turso (hosting and database).
