Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-10-31.

The service. A daily email of public city fire code records, a lead app on some plans, and a directory listing, billed monthly or yearly per city at the price shown at sign-up.

Refunds and cancelling. Ask within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund. You can cancel any time in the billing portal; service continues to the end of the paid period.

Records are public data. We republish city records as published and do not guarantee they are complete, current or free of errors. A violation is what the city wrote at the time; it is not proof of any later condition and may be corrected or dismissed. Verify before acting.

Using the violations. Use them only to offer legitimate fire protection services you are licensed to provide in that city. Follow every law about contacting people and businesses, including do-not-call, email and mail rules. Never imply that you are with a fire department or city, or that the owner must hire you, and stop contacting anyone who asks. Names are for your own outreach only. Lists are for your own business and may not be resold or published.

Exclusive. One company per city. While you hold it, no other paying company in that city receives the violations, and the shared plans are not sold there. Exclusive is not available in a city where other companies already have Daily. If you cancel, the city opens to the waitlist.

Directory. Featured listings are paid and labeled. Free listings come from public information. We are not affiliated with any listed company and do not endorse any of them.

Liability. The service is provided as is. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous month.
